While this column may be dedicated to all those 60 and older; it could easily apply to those in their 50s, 40s, 30s or even in their 20s.

A guide with a little bit for everyone, to help you continue to thrive in your 60s or help you plan for a happy and secure ‘Elderhood’ for you or your parents.

In the following months this column will help shed light on the various challenges faced by the elderly. 

Be it dealing with dementia or depression, insomnia or imbalance, urinary incontinence or thyroid problems, we will provide tips for healthy ageing.

With advancements in the field of medicine, we can all look forward to longer lives, making it even more important to ensure that we do what is necessary to combat the consequences of this increased longevity.
